Mexican Chili over Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 pkg cleaned & cut chopped onion & green pepper1 can diced tomatoes1T dried cilanto1 lb Extra lean ground beef1 envelope (Ortega)Taco Seasoning mix & water1 C brown rice & water1/2C (Desert Pepper) Corn, Black Bean & Roasted Red Pepper Salsa
Directions
prepare brown rice per package directions. Saute onion & pepper then set aside. Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning & water per envelope directions. When meat is cooked down add onion & pepper back in, plus tomatoes & cilantro, simmer 5 minutes until heated through. Serve beef & veggies over brown rice and spoon on 2T of Corn & Black Bean salsa.
