Steak Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 lb round steak, cut into cubes1 pkg McCormick Enchilada Sauce Mix1 can tomato sauce1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 cup cheddar cheese, grated1 small onion, diced8 whole wheat flour tortillas
Directions
Prepare enchilada sauce as directed. In large sauce pan combine steak, enchilada sauce, and onion. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 hour until meat is tender. Remove from heat. Using slotted spoon lift meat from sauce. Divide meat and beans into tortillas. Roll tortillas up ad place seam side down 13x9 pan. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas. Bake at 350 uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until melted, about 5 minutes
