Garlic Shrimp Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
10 oz. cooked shrimp (any size will work, pull skins/tails)1 jar light Alfredo sauce. (I used Bertolli light garlic Alfredo)1 med. bell pepper, chopped1 med. onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, mincedcooking spray2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. salt
Directions
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Cook over med. heat until soft. Add Garlic and shrimp. Cook for about 10 minutes longer, or until shrimp is heated through.
Add Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper to pan and let simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serving Size: Makes seven 2/3 cup servings.
