Chili Dog Chili

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped yellow onion1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)1 cup enchilada sauce, mild (I use Sweet Creek organic)3 Tbsp chili powder2 Tbsp ground cumin1 Tbsp grapeseed oil (or another healthy fat of your choosing)
Directions
saute onion and bell pepper, in oil. When tender add ground beef, cook until done and crumbled.

Add chili powder and cumin, stir to mix well. Add in enchilada sauce and stir. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve over all beef, natural hotdogs. Bun not required.
