Directions
brown ground beef
thinly slice cabbage
thinly slice onion
layer in crock pot in this order
-1/2 of cabbage
-1/2 onion
-all of the ground beef
-1/2 seasoning
-1/2 cabbage
-1/2 onion
-1/2 of seasoning
-ketchup
Cook on high for 6 hours or until cabbage and onion are tender
cook rice as per package directions
