Brussel Sprouts with Carrots, Shallots & Currants

Ingredients
2 c. sliced brussel sprouts1/2 c. sliced carrots2 T. sliced shallots2 T. dried currants1 T. olive oil1 T. buttersalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Add butter & olive oil. Add all other ingredients. Cook & toss til slightly browned. Pour about 2 T of water into skillet, cover with lid and steam until tender.
