Chicken Chow Chow Wraps

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken or turkey1/2 cup chopped onionsalt & pepper2 Cloves garlic, minced2 TBSP sesame oil3 TBSP soy sauce2 TBSP creamy peanut butter1 TBSP Agave syrup2 TBSP Rice vinegar1 tsp SrirachaGreen onions1/2 cup water chestnuts choppedleaf lettuce
Directions
Heat a large skillet and cook the chicken, onion, salt & pepper until nearly done. Make sure meat is broken up into small pieces. Add the minced garlic and cook until chicken is done.

While that is cooking, stir sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, agave syrup, rice vinegar, sriracha and pepper into a microwavable bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until smooth. Add this to the skillet and combine. Add the green onions and water chestnuts and cook for 2-3 minutes until the additions are heated through.

Serve on cold clean lettuce leaves.
