Cucumbers in Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, peeled and very thinly sliced1 small onion, peeled and very thinly sliced1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp marjoram8 oz. plain low calorie/fat yogurt
Directions
Peel and thinly slice cucumber and onion. Lay them out on paper towels and sprinkle with salt. Drain and pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fold in the sliced cucumber and onion. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour -- 24 hours is better.
Yields 2 cups or 4 servings
