Turkey Brown Rice soup

Ingredients
.5 cup red beans.5 cup black beans6oz baby carrots3 stalks of celery32oz chicken broth, reduced sodium8oz chopped turkey1 cup uncooked brown rice.25 cup chopped onion.75 cup of waterMrs. DashPepper
Directions
Cook beans night before, according to bag, if using dry beans so they are soft when added to soup.

Chop carrots, celery and onions.

Saute in a splash or two of the broth for 5 minutes then add chopped turkey and some more broth. Let cook for 15 minutes adding water to keep from sticking to pan.

Microwave rice.

Mix everything together and season with Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste.

Simmer for 30 minutes.
