Vanilla Caramel Creamer

Ingredients
Half and Half Cream, 4 cup Butter, salted, 4 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Melt butter, brown sugar, 1/2 cup half and half cream and salt over medium low heat. whisk gently 5 - 7 minutes until it starts to thicken. Add vanilla extract and stir for an additional minute. Pull from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Whisk remaining cream into carmel mixture. Store in quart jar in the fridge.

Serving Size: makes 1 quart of creamer; 2T per serving, according to taste
