Fiery tomato soup

Ingredients
* Canned Tomatoes, 1 can * Red Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 1 tsp * *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper Water, tap, 12 fl oz
Directions
Chop the red onion into quarters.
Spray the pain with some extra light olive oil.
Saute the onion and garlic for a couple of minutes.
Add the can of tomatoes.
Add the can of tomato paste.
Add the water.
Bring the soup to the boil and then let simmer for 10 minutes.
Blend the soup using a hand blender or a food processor.
