Orange [colored not flavored] Rice

Ingredients
2 packets Goya Sazon with Corriander and anatto1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 tablespoon dry cilantro4 cups uncooked white rice to 8.5 cups cold tap water1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
In a large pot(that has a well-fitting lid), place four cups dry rice, 8.5 cups cold tap water, the oil, and the seasonings. Give a quick stir, and place the lid on. Put the burner on high just until the water starts to boil. If you're anything like me, you do NOT want to leave the kitchen at this point. Once the water is to a boil (usually takes about 5 minutes), reduce heat to low, and set timer for 20 minutes. Turn off the burner after 20 minutes, and let rice set for an additional five minutes to ensure that it is fully cooked.
