6-7 Red Potatos, (med-large ones, about 2 pounds)6 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread2/3cup skim milk1 tsp saltOptional* Sometimes I use garlic salt when I'm craving garlic mashed potatoes instead of regular ones.
Slice potatoes (peel them if desired,) boil until tender.
Mash the potatoes, add butter, milk and salt.
I don't know how many cup/half cup servings this makes, I always just measure out 8 servings.
