1 cup (16Tbsp) Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 1 cup sugar3/4 cup Egg Beaters, (equiv. 3 eggs)1 cup Jif Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Butter 1 cup Flour 1 Tbsp Baking Soda1 cup Quaker Oats (Quick Cook)1 cup Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Chips 1 cup Coconut, sweetened1 cup dried cranberries1 cup miniature marshmallows*Note original recipe called for 1 cup raisins, and 1 cup pecans, but I omitted those, and added marshmallows, and cranberries instead.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix 'butter,' sugars, egg beaters, and peanut butter until creamy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Makes 9 dozen.
