1 cup corn meal1/2 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour for gluten free1 cup fat free lactaid2 cups whole kernal corn drained2 cups egg white beaten to fluffy but not stiff8 oz mussleman lite applesauce3 servings vanilla sugar free pudding2.5 teaspoons baking powder4 tablespoons granulated splendaolive oil spray
mix all ingredients. place in large baking pan presprayed
with olive oil and bake at 350 for45-50 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
