Slow Cooker Multi-Bean and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Smoked Sausage - sliced (or can use browned ground beef/sausage/turkey if desired)4 Cups chicken/beef broth2 Cans diced tomatoes2 Cans black beans1 Can kidney beans1 Can pinto beans1 Can corn2 stalks celery - diced2 carrots - diced1-2 Tbsp Oreganoseveral dashes of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions
Drain and rinse all beans (if desired). Add all ingredients into Crock-Pot and stir. Cook on low or high until everything is heated through and flavors have blended.

Can substitute any kind of beans you desire. Sodium can be decreased by using low sodium broth, dried beans, frozen corn, and/or fresh tomatoes.

Makes approximately 16 - 1 Cup servings.
