Ingredients
2 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh 2 serving House Foods Tofu Shirataki .25 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 2 tbsp Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
Directions
Rinse the pasta. Put pasta in a pan or a microwave-safe bowl with water to cover. Bring water to a boil and boil the pasta for one minute. Rinse under cold water and mix with the remaining ingredients. Set aside for 15 minutes to overnight to allow flavors to meld.
