Ingredients
Tomatoes - 1 largeSesame oil - .5 tbsp + .5 tspMustard seed - 1 tspRed chilli powder - 1 tsp (according to taste)Onion - 1 cup chopped
Directions
Heat .5 tbsp sesame oil in a pan and saute onions until they are pale.

Add tomatoes and cook till soft.

Once the tomatoes are cooked, add salt and red chili powder and sayte for some time until the raw smell goes.

Let it cook and after that blend it in a food processor to get a thick chutney. (You may add a little water to get a smooth consistency).

Transfer to a serving bowl.

Heat remaining oil and splutter mustard, and temper the chutney
