Curry lentils with rice

Lentils 1 c dry - but precook themRice brown 1 c dry1 can diced tomatoes low sodiumGarlic .25cGinger crushed .25conion .25ccumin ground 1 TblOlive oil 1 Tbl
Directions
Saute onion, ginger and garlic. Add tomatoes and cooked lentils and enough water to cover. Simmer 20 minutes and serve over rice.
