Ingredients
Soybean Oil, 6 OZActive Dry Yeast, 4 tspRolled Oats, 2 cup (remove)Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)cane sugar, 6 tsp (remove)*King Authur Whole Wheat White Flour, 5.5 cupsAlmonds, .25 cup, sliced (remove)Sunflower Seeds, hulled raw,125 cup*Sesame Seeds, .125 cup*Caraway Seed, 2 tbsp*Poppy seed, 2 tbspSalt, 1 tbsp
Directions
110 degree water with yeast and sugar- dissolve fully- let sit and wait till foamy- add salt, flour, oats, nuts, and seeds in kitchenaid bowl- kneed for 10 mins- form ball - let raise- (~60 mins) kneed again- form loaf in pans - let raise (~60 more) bake in preheated 350 oven for 30 mins or until 180 internal temp.
