Easy Turkey Sausage and Broccoli Frittata

3 cup Egg beaters2 large Egg1/2 cup Almond Milk- Unsweetened1 T Grapeseed Oil12.6onz package (4cups) Birds Eye - Baby BroccoliFlorets 1 lb tube Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage 90/10 Sprinkle of Cayenne PepperSprinkle of Onion Powder
Preheat oven to 350*. Wisk egg and egg beater together with almond milk in a medium bowl, set aside. Brown the turkey sausage in a 13 inch French skillet (pan needs to go from stove to oven so no rubber handles). Microwave broccoli according to package. Add Grapeseed oil and broccoli to pan. Sprinkle with spices. Pour beaten egg and egg substitute mixture over and cook on med/high until edges begin to curl. Transfer to oven and bake at 350* for roughly 15-20 min or until set. Slice like a pizza into 8 wedges.
