Scones

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour1/2 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt4 Tbls Butter1/2 cup of oats1/4 cup of chocolate chips or fruit1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Cut butter into four, sugar,baking powder, and salt. After cutting stir in oats and chocolate chips. Add cream and work with hands into one big ball of dough.

Flatten dough out into a circle and cut into 8 pieces and bake in confection oven at 425 for 9 minutes. Regular oven takes about 11 to 15 minutes. till Brown.
