Red Leaf Lettuce & Pear Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of red leaf lettuce1/4 of a thinly sliced Royal Rivera (comice) pear1oz crumbled Blue Cheese (less cheese is okay too)no dressing Tear the lettuce into serving bowls, lay the pear slices and then add the crumbled cheese
Directions
Or, if you like, take the turkey drippings from home made gravy stock and drizzle it over the salad
No more than 1 tablespoon
Eat immediately
