Classic Waffles Revamp

Ingredients
-2 Cups flour-1 teaspoon salt-4 teaspoons baking powder-1 teaspoon vanilla extract-1/2 Cup Egg Beaters or egg whites-1/3 Cup unsweetened applesauce-12 oz. Vanilla Almond Breeze, unsweetened-6 teaspoons Splenda brown sugar blend
Directions
Sift together dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients together and then add to the dry ingredients. Fold together but don't over mix, just make sure larger lumps are broken apart. Ladle by 1/3 cup approximately onto waffle iron. Timing will vary, on my small waffle iron it takes 4 minutes. Can freeze leftovers and toast as you would store bought. Top with fruit, jam, sugar free syrup, or anything else you like on a waffle.
