Ingredients
Cut each breast piece into two and use a tenderizer to flatten each piece.In a measuring cup measure ingredients and mix well. Add a dash of salt and pepper if needed.Marinate the chicken in the sauce for half and hour in the refrigerator.Grill on a pan with oil spray or no oil.
