Ingredients
TomatoesChicken BreastSpinachYellow PeppersParmaseanWineCarrotsBarilla Plus Penne PastaMinced GarlicFresh ParsleyOnion
Directions
Dice 2 cups of tomatoes
Dice Yellow Pepper to make 1 cup
Dice chicken breast and saute till white inside in garlic,wine,andonions,and olive oil, and parsley
slice up whole package of parsley into 1/4 inch strips
Add peppers and carrotsand tomatoes to chicken and saute for 5 minutes
Boil pasta
Mix all together and heat through
serve topped with parmasean
