Seasoned Wild Rice

2 c. Lundberg Wild Blend Rice, Cooked.1 c. Chopped Fresh Onion1 T. fresh chopped garlic1/2 c. Chopped Sweet Pepper2 T. Olive Oil1 T Browned Sliced Almonds1 T chopped raisinsSalt and Pepper to tasteDash of ground cinnamon (Optional)
1. Cook rice. While rice is cooking,
2. Chop onions and peppers. Set aside.
3. Brown sliced almonds in a skillet. Set aside.
4. Add 2 T. Olive Oil to pan. Heat.
5. Add chopped onions, peppers and garlic to oil and saute until soft.
6. When rice is done, add 2 c. Cooked Rice. Freeze any remaining rice in a freezer bag for later use.
For immediate serving:
Add chopped Raisins and Almonds,season with Salt and Pepper to taste and serve!
For serving later;
Just before eating, add chopped Raisins and Almonds, season with Salt and Pepper to taste, heat ingredients and enjoy!
