Hearty Crock Pot Chili

15 oz - 93% Lean Ground Beef1 - 24 oz Jar DelGrosso Three Cheese Pasta Sauce1 - 15.5 oz Can Red Kidney Beans1 - 15.5 oz Can Sweet Corn1.5 - Medium Sweet Onions; chopped2 - Medium Roma Tomatoes; cooked, peeled, & cut into chunks2 - Cloves Garlic, minced2 - Tbsp Chili Powder1 - Tsp Black Pepper1 - Tsp salt (optional)1 - Tbsp Dried Thyme1 - Tbsp Dried Basil1 - Tbsp Ground Cumin
Cook ground beef & drain. Place in crock pot on high.
Boil tomatoes until skin splits, & immediately place in ice water. When cool, peel, chunk, & place in crock pot.
Saute onions & garlic until translucent. Add to crock pot.
Add corn, beans, sauce, & spices to crock pot.
Cook on high about 1-2 hours until heated thoroughly, or on low to serve at a later time.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup Servings
