Banana Dark Chocolate Pecan Scones

2 Eggs1 1/8 C White Whole Wheat Flour1 1/8 C All Purpose Flour1/2 C Brown Sugar1 C Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 C Plain Greek Yogurt1/8 C Canola Oil1 Tsp. Salt1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract1 C. Nestle Dark Chocolate Morsels3/4 C. Chopped Walnuts
(Cooking time is for overall cook time)
Preheat oven to 350F.
First:
Mix together eggs, brown sugar, applesauce, greek yogurt, canola oil, bananas and vanilla extract all together.
Second:
Slowly add flour, salt, and baking soda.
Third:
Add in Chocolate chips and walnuts.
Make sure everything is mixed very well. Scoop into heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake @ 350F for 8-9 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 34 2-3" Scones
