Sweet pepper and cayenne fettucini

12 oz fettucini3 med Sweet red peppers3 cloves garlic1 cup sour cream3/4 cup chicken broth3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Bring water to a boil and add fettucini noodles.
While they are cooking, saute the bell peppers, garlic and cayenne until starting to soften. Add chicken stock and reduce till half volume. Add sour cream and parmesan. Toss with the cooked drained noodles.
