Ingredients
Store bought Angel food cake - loaflight cool whipfrozen dices peaches
Directions
split the cake length way down the cake
spread tablespoon of cool whip on the cake (such as frosing)
place 3/4 of the diced peaches on the cake
cover the cake w/ the other half on top
put coolwhip & remaining dices peaches on top & place into fridge!

    I have made this before, well actually I didn't cut the cake in half but I used peaches, a light cool whip & sweet n low. My great grandmother who was a diabetic LOVED it. Thanks for the memories, I had forgot about the cake. - 2/21/08

    I havent made this....yet. It looks like a great sweet to have when im craving one. I just thought i would add that they also have Dole peaches now with splenda instead of sugar so even less calories and sugar. Thanks! - 2/18/08
