Oatmeal Sweet Potato Pancakes

Grind oatmeal to a flour in the blender and pour into bowl all with all other dry ingredients. Bake sweet potato in microwave or use left overs. Combine potato, apple creamer and enough to water to blend and reach desired consistency in the batter.
