Sugar Free Milk Shake

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. dry sugar free fat free pudding mix, any flavor, chocolate fudge is our favorite1 cup non fat milk1 cup ice cubes
Directions

Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy and no ice chunks remain.
Pour into glass. Serve immediately.

Makes one large serving.

Note: You can add 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein whey powder to this for a breakfast shake, but must adjust your calorie, etc. nutritional value.
