4 pouches of Boca Meatless Ground Burger3 16-oz. cans kidney beans, drained2 16-oz. cans Northern beans4 14 ½ oz. cans diced tomatoes2 medium onions, chopped1 c. chopped green peppers1 tsp. garlic3 Tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. cumin2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients, and separate into 2 1-gallon freezer bags. Seal and lay flat to freeze.
When ready to serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator. Pour chili into crockpot, and cook on low 8 – 10 hours.
Makes 2 4-serving meals.
