Banana, fresh, 200 grams Nutralite Premium table spread, 10 gram(s) Granulated Sugar, 50 grams Coconut, grated, unsweetened, 50 gram(s) Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp
1) Wash, peel and mash banana. Keep aside.
2) Take a wide pan. Add table spread.
3) Keep low flame, add banana and cook until browned.
4) Add granulated sugar and cook until carmalized.
5) Pound two cardamom and add.
6) Keep down, let it cool and add grated coconut.
