1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1/2 cup Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread 1 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar 2 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour 2/3 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 cup, chopped Walnuts
Beat egg with banana, spread, milk and vanilla until creamy. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda. Beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool before cutting.
