Sweet potatoe Soup with Chickpeas

Ingredients
2 Cups Chickpeas4 Cups Sweet Potatoes2 Large Onions4 Cloves garlic4 Cups Vegetable Broth2 tsp Cury1/2 ts Cinnamon1 tsp Cumin2 Cups of water
Directions
Cook sweet potatoes (bake or microwave)
Fry onions in a bit of oil, add garlic. Add sweet potatoes, chickpeas, broth, water and water. Simmer for 20 mins. Blend with an immersion blender.
