Sauted Kale with vegetables

2 cups Kale, chopped1 tbs olive oil1/2 cuup onions chopped1 cup mushrooms sliced1/2 cup Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed1 tsp Hoisin sauce1 tbs Flax Seed1 oz Roasted Almonds broken into pieces1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Saute Onions, mushrooms and sweet peppers in olive oil until onions are semi soft., Add Kale, cover and cook on low heart for 5 minutes. Add beans. Hoisinn sauce, Flax seed and Balsamic Vinegar. Stir to coat. Let heat for 1 minute. Serve with almonds sprinkled on top.
