mushroom and noodle soup

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil2 cups cliced mushrooms(cremini)1 large onion diced7 c vegetable broth4 oz wide noodles1.5 c green beans(1 can)1/3 c low fat cream cheese3/4 tsp Itaian seasoning
Directions
Heat oil in poit over med-high heat. Add onion-cook a few minutes then add mushrroms and saute about 5 minutes.Stir in italian seasoning then broth. Cover bring to a boil. Set aside 1/2 c broth, then add noodles and simmer till done.
add green beans and continue to simmer fro 3 minutes.Whisk 1/2 c broth with cream cheese-slowly pour mixture into soup. to make Gremolata: pluse 1/4 c parsley, garlic clove and 2 tsp lemon zest in processor until finely chopped. sprinkle on soup
