Creamy Parmesan Orzo

Ingredients
1 Tbs Butter1 Cup Orzo Pasta1.25 Cups low sodium, fat free chicken broth1.25 Cups water.25 Cups parmesan cheese1 Tbs dried parsley.25 tsp Salt.5 tsp pepper
Directions
-Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
-Add orzo and cook three minutes, stirring constantly.
-Stir in broth and water; bring to a boil.
-Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
-Remove from heat.
-Stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
