Egg free Banana bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup of coconut oil2/3 cup applesauce3/4 cup sugar1.5 cups all purpose flour1 teaspoon of baking soda1 teaspoon salt3 very ripe bananas1-2 teaspoons vanillachocolate chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.

1. In your stand mixer mash bananas, then cream coconut oil, applesauce, sugar and vanilla.
2. To the same bowl add flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chip (optional). Mix until blended.
3. Pour into pre-pared pan and bake in pre-heated oven for 60 minutes, or until it tests done.
