Ingredients
*Butler Soy Curls, 4 cup (remove)*baby carrots (14 carrots), 1 serving (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Vegetable Broth, 3 cup (remove)water to fill pot splash olive oil
Directions
Lightly saute the onions, and add other chopped vegetables.
Add 2-3 cups water, and cook 10 minutes.
Add soy curls, vegetable broth, and water to good soup consistency (remember the curls will absorb some of the water, so good to err on the side of excess.)
Cook 30 minutes

Serving Size: makes 8 good sized bowls
