Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 c onion diced1 tablespoon flour1 tsp salt2 tsp cornstarch1 and 1/2 c sharp cheese shredded3 cups broccoli3 c cauliflower
Directions
place olive oil in pan, medium heat. add onion and cook until soft, add flour and stir, in bowl mix milk and cornstarch, mix together and add to onion mixture, cook until bubbly and add cheese and broccoli and cauliflower and cook until vegetables are tender
