Cheese Ball

Ingredients
2 8 oz packages of neufchatel cheese1 8 oz package of fat free cream cheese8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded1 large onion, chopped2 packages of lean beef, cubed (i.e. Carl Buddig)
Directions
Allow cream cheese and neufchatel cheese to come to room temperature. Mix together the remaining ingredients until they are mixed uniformly.

Place mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Use the plastic wrap to form into a ball. Place in refrigerator to chill until served.
