Curry Hummus

Ingredients
1 Can of garbanzo beansRoasted Garlic, 6 cloves Roasted Red Peppers, 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp2 tbsp liquid from garbanzo beansCurry powder, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp 1/2 cup Roasted Onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 - Add olive oil to an onion, red pepper and a whole bulb of garlic. Cook about 40 minute or until the garlic is soft.

In a blender, add all ingredients if it is too thick add a little more olive oil or garbanzo bean liquid.
