6oz lowfat/nonfat vanilla yogurt, divided1/4 cup of dried cherries1/4 cup of walnuts or almonds
Directions
Pour a 1/4 cup of yogurt in the bottom of a cup
Add cherries
Pour another 1/4 cup of yogurt over cherries
Add walnuts
Pour the las 1/4 cup over nuts
Enjoy
