Ham and greens

Ingredients
2 or 3 cups cooked Mustard greens1/4 cup of boiled precooked ham, shredded 1/4 cup braised onionsfew drops of sesame oilone jalapeņo cut into small pieces
Directions
If you have fresh greens you cook them until tender, about 4 minutes. I used a fully cooked ham that i portioned and froze the rest, saving a little out for this meal. I then boiled the ham, (some of it was on a bone) until the fat cooked off and i drained all into sink leaving meat only. Separately braise the onions in some sesame oil drops with the jalapeņo pieces. After the onions are translucent, add the ham. Cook for about 4 min on low heat. Then add the greens, salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
