2 large eggs0.75 granulated sugar0.8 cup of flour 1 tsp of baking powder0.5 cup of milk 1tablespoon of butterVanilla extract : 1 tspBeat together the eggs with the sugar until very light and fluffy.Mix the flour and baking powder together and add lightly into the egg-sugar mixture.Bring the milk to boil and immediately take off the heath and add the butter; melt the butter into the milk.Add the milk-butter (very hot) into the mix of egg-sugar-flour-baking powder mixture.Stir very well.Put in a well buttered mould and cook at 350 degrees until done (whe the blade of a knife is clean when introduced into the cake).
Makes 8 pieces. This recipe is for cakes lovers. You will not need eating just a little slice.
An idea : if you want a fat free delight, take half a cup of 4% ricotta and add a pinch of sugar or honey, a pinch of vanilla. This is a very comforting good piece of dessert. .
