Thin Crust Herb Pizza Dough

Ingredients
¾ cup all-purpose flour¾ cup durum semolina flour1 ¼ tsp instant yeast¼ tsp sea salt1 tsp sugar½ tsp dried oregano½ cup warm water2 tbsp olive (or chili) oil
Directions
Combine flours, yeast, salt, sugar and oregano in a bowl.
Mix in water and oil until dough leaves sides of bowl.
Turn out and knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Roll out into a 12” circle and place on a greased pizza pan. Proceed with your favourite recipe.

Serving Size: Makes one 12” crust, 12 pieces
