Ingredients
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees FFinely chop one medium onion - approx. 1/2 CupWash, peal, -slice thinly 5-6 medium potatoesGrease baking dish with a little of the butterIn a microwave dish wisk together3 Tbsp butter3 Tbsp Flour1 tsp saltDash of pepper2 Cups 2% milk - can use 1% milk adjust calories Microwave on high for 2 minutes, wisk, continue to cook for 1 minute intervals until milk is hot.Place a later of potatos and onion cover in caserole dish add sauce to cover, continue to add potato, onions and sauce until full - top with a layer of potatoes and onions.Can add some paprika and grated cheese, but not in calorie count.Bake for one hour or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned on top.Total calories: 2370Serving size 1/2 Cup 237 Calories
